Austin update (again)

We just signed a 2 month sublease on a duplex on West Annie and 5th--hurrah! Great location! Easy to get to places to swim, drink coffee, and downtown (including the farmer's market--which looks excellent!).

Also, we have decided not to take Sara (Bad kitty). It made more sense when we were going to be gone longer. The stress on her--dealing with tranquilizers, being cooped up in a carrier for most of a day (no direct flights to Austin from here), then being in a strange place for only a few months before having to do it all again, well, we think she will be happier if she doesn't have to leave her home. Christine, who is staying at our house, has very generously agreed to look after her. Sara has started looking her age in the last few months--which in cat years is something like 117--and while I really don't like leaving her behind, I think this is the best choice. Sniff.

Okay, I better get packing (literally)!
